| Description | The Bachelor of Corporate Administration with Honours programme is offered in line with the development of USIM and the Faculty. The Faculty aims to produce more certified Company Secretary and Corporate Governance officers in Malaysia. Currently, the number of certified Company Secretary is in scarce. Under the Companies Act 2016, each company established in Malaysia is required to have at least one certified Company Secretary appointed and licensed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. However, the statistics show that certified Company Secretary in Malaysia is less than 10,000 while the number of companies registered in Malaysia is more than 1.2 million. This programme will fulfil the demand from the private sector. |
