Fulfill the necessary requirements and have obtained a certificate of APEL issued by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA)
Proficiency in English language evidenced by one of the following:
• Band 6.0 on IIUM's English Placement Test; or
Band 6.0 on IELTS; or
Score of 550 on TOEFL (Paper-based), 213 (Computer-based), or 79 (Internet-based)
