Description | The Civil Engineering programme emphasizes on Enviromental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Water Resourses Engineering, Transportation & Highway Engineering, Structural Engineering and Geomatic Engineering & Management. Civil Engineers are creative and innovative profesionals who solve problem of people and shape the world for a better and sustainable future. They design and construct buildings, bridges, roads, railways, ports, airports, dams, power plants, underground structures, water treatment plants and so on. The School has formally adopted the Outcome Based Education (OBE) system since 2006/2007 academic session to fulfill the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC) requirements for undergraduate engineering programmes in Malaysia. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Civil Engineering) programme has been awarded 5 years full accreditation from 2014 to 2018. In the latest new cycle accreditation exercise, the programme was granted full six years accreditation by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) from 2019-2024. |

Without any of the above English proficiency certificates, accepted students will receive a conditional offer letter requiring them to meet the English language requirements. |
